The nature of this project brief meant there was a lot of information to communicate to a very general audience. My development process started with competitive analysis where I found an equal range of inspiration and design flaws to avoid. I also created user profiles which collectively helped me understand where Furry Friends sat in the industry. The next step was creating many iterations of site structures, surveying them on real people and once that was decided, I started on wireframes and mockups of the website.

Ultimately for the visuals, I felt it could stand out by being a bright website with a lot of personal touches like reviews and staff profiles, but refined throughout its user experience like a lot of the more luxury companies were. I settled on a strong colour scheme and made icons for a cohesive look throughout the site.
